Shekinah Art Gallerys'  products are custom made by hand as ordered specifically for you every time we receive an order. Once an order has been submitted for processing it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded. All sales are final, the only exception includes incidents due to shipping mishaps and special situations at our discretion.

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. We try as hard as we can to package our products in literally the best way possible in order for them to hold up to the toughest odds, however...accidents happen. 

If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a Return Authorization Code number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please contact us for guidance on returns. Please do not return anything to us without first contacting us to obtain our consent and an RAC number.

To return a product, simply E-mail with the Order Number, Product SKU and reason for return, (damaged order).

Returns submitted in unacceptable condition, without their original materials, certificates of authenticity, or without a Return Authorization Code number will not be accepted.
